I have a feeling that the funny-looking speech bubbles on page 5 might actually be descriptive plaques, and as such should just have the name and job description.
I am, of course, 100% assuming that the source material didn't have something like "私は" in either of them - if they did, then feel free to ignore the above.

Yeah you are right they don't have that in the raws "私は" I will fix it as soon as possible. Thanks for pointing it out appreciate it.

No no, I get that. But keep in mind there are still people who find that as a blasphemous act and a transgression against their god. “Thou shall not use the lords name in vain” means to only use gods name in prayer.
i wish i was joking but my ex mom was psychotic and would actually yell at random strangers who'd say “God” out loud. Theyre will always be religious extreamists

Technically it isn't true that you only use it in prayer, but that every time it's used it has a meaning to it, this is why using g--damn is so frowned upon, your essentially calling on god to damn someone, which is another way of saying send them to hell.
Basically, only use his name if you actually mean what your saying, because he is ALWAYS listening, doesn't like being ordered around and while merciful, does not like being called on for frivolous reasons, as he is always with you, always listening and knows context of everything you say.
