Yes, it's intentional. If you look closely, you'll notice that the view on that panel is upside down from Wild Horn's lead's pov. Or you can just look at the next page which is more obvious. It's same in the raw.

For context, he meant he won't feel lonely basically. As in she'd be the closest person he could call his family in this isekai. (Which Lavia meant by "same situation")

Yeap, just like popinloopy posted. She wasn't wrong to be cautious and suspicious of the MC. We don't suspect him because we been with him from the beginning. But she is also annoyingly antagonistic.

We also have to take into account that she has been into repeated encounters with assholes, a group of which tried to kill her and her party. Since the incident's still fresh, it's understandable that she's malicious to nearly every male she meets at this time, but still, that doesn't justify her to lump all the men together and treat them like trash.
