I think the term you're looking for is aromantic, asexual is the inability to feel sexual desire as far as I know. Aromantic is the inability to feel romantically about someoneSo they're a pair of (ostensibly) asexual high schoolers. This is honestly quite interesting.
I'm fairly certain Himari has a genuine (though perhaps entirely platonic) love for Natsume. It seems that Himari's understanding of love is based primarily on the idea of sexual interest (or at least the desire for some sort of physical intimacy), which isn't necessarily required for the experience of "love" (evidenced by the fact that asexual and aromantic are two separate categories).
That aside, I see two possible cases: A) They're asexual (or perhaps only one of them is). B) They are capable of sexual interest and simply haven't experienced it yet.
