While I can see the honor in switching to unarmed combat cause your opponent is fighting you with his fists, his opponent didn’t drop it willingly as much as fumbled. I also get that he has the protagonist plot armor that the game world gives him, but YOU DON’T DISCARD YOUR WEAPON BECAUSE YOUR ENEMY ACCIDENTALLY DROPS HIS, ESPECIALLY NOT MID FUCKING SWING!
There’s not cheating or fighting unfair, and then there’s actual retardation due to a one dimensional personality. If it was actually him being good he could have instead stopped his swing and waited until the other dude picked his sword back up.
i shouldn't have read the comments, to much md dick sucking. i prefer stories where it's not just constantly ego boosting the mc and only showing the mc development. like this one currently.
When it's a matter of life and death and you are protecting lives of others, this is dumb.
It not honourable, since he is disrespecting his opponent.
In a swordfight once you lose your sword, it's over.
This mercy is just pity.
No, it's retarded. That dude's henchmen caused that "adult" helper's group to die but somehow the author forgot about that. 'Cause villains can kill anyone but "heroes" are a bunch of pussies.

That's totally the same thing. Not to mention Batman's "no-kill" hypocr... policy let Joker kill countless people. It's the same lame excuse of "If you kill them, you are not different from them" bullshit so that they can use the same villain over and over again. So Bat's not really a fine example to give here even if the context were to be correct.
Really don't care about this fake ass MC Yuuma. Can we still call it a character development after accepting his shortcomings and still be this one dimensional?
