Yes, we've seen her quite a few times. She is Minori's classmate Megumi and a die-hard fan of Sacchan's favorite idol group, Metropolis. She owns a lot of Metropolis merch, including some rare limited edition items. She insists that Sacchan call her Master Meg, which Sacchan wholeheartedly does.
