Ehh... MGE is nothing but articles and articles about monster girls. I kind of like the worldbuilding, except for the fetishistic ones cuz it's an Eroge type thing.
As for MGQ, I just know a bit of it, but never played the VN. Not my thing, honestly.

If anyone's curious about these two things, you must know that err. How do I say this... The usage of rape is ah... liberal, I guess? Again, this is an Eroge type thing, so I think it'd be better if you just don't bother with it, if it's not your thing.
I like MGE because of the drawing and the depiction of monster girls, but you can't go reading without seeing the word rape everywhere.

I've read a number of the Encyclopedia entries, but never a full book, so idk how good the series is overall, but the monster, item and faction entries that I've read were quite interesting ૮o.oა

As for Quest, the gameplay is alright from what I remember. But it's the story that's shockingly great. It really is a 'come for the monster girls, stay for the story' game ૮^ᆺ^ა

And for Paradox, I've only played a bit of part 1. Once again, gameplay was alright, story was interesting. But I can't give an opinion on the full thing, since I've yet to play it ૮ ᆺ ა

Speaking nazi, rewatching the loli nazi and seeing things on their perspective is pretty ball

after rewatching whole they arent actually nazi, more of the Empire Germany. What make it so WW2 looking because the tech, its actually the mix of WW1 & WW2. Pretty fun watch, just waiting for next season is dubious, its the intense part where AMERICA join the war. Were potentially gonna see atomic bomb too and cold war on same story.

There are also the books in the MGE Wiki; translated, but not very well, in my opinion. My favorite is MGE World Guide Side III - Court Alf. I admit, I like the designs of the "heroines" in the book.
