So this is an adaptation, though whats funny is that the title for this work was changed twice for some reason, from WN to LN (WN changed too) then to manga and this second time was made longer, the WN is from back 2018, it only got 102 chapters between extras and main chapters, and only 1 LN volume in 2019, though doesn't seems to have ended

The LN title was just something along the lines of "I, a 0-Skill Adventurer, got Married and became a Knight of the Dragon King", while the og WN title was something along the lines of what the manga got, but got changed when LN published
