Right now he's playing freedom unite, and he's going chronologically, next one gonna be 3 ultimate, than 4 ultimate, than generation ultimate, we were replaying old monster hunters togheder but i'm still at the first freedom, and just barely got to 4 stars missions

Fuckers believed they could lit a fire in the forest and push the monster onto both the invading army and Myriad nation, tipping the scales. However, a bunch of big bad monsters, or rather the entire monster kingdom, including the boss - iirc a fire lizard with wings - appeared and wiped out everything. Nobody could stop them, thus all of the countries involved in this war persisted, and the MC suffered another major loss after numerous close-call fights. He ended up as a refugee in a faraway country, drowning himself in alcohol for a few years before embarking on his mercenary journey. Life was not easy for him, at all..

IMO wilds is just having an hp issue, if Gore Magala had like 20% more hp all the close calls would feel way more severe. I still prefer to go back to mhxx or frontier tho. Sunbreak is peak tho, I miss hunting with the cute sisters so much...
