It's nice getting an actual translation for this, even if it's going to get nuked.
For reference the previous two translations for this were aislop done by idiots who have no understanding of the japanese language.

Ai slop idiots, thanks dude, really, i spend 30+ hours per chapter just to get something readable since no one was translating this good manga and this is what you say about us.
YES, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ JAPANESE, I DID STUDY GRAMMAR, AND I CAN COMPREHEND EASIER TO UNDERSTAND STUFF, BUT YES I'M NOT A GOOD TRANSLATOR.
I always said that and will always say it, IF SOMEONE BETTER WANT TO TRANSLATE IT, HE'S FREE TO DO SO.
You are one of those who thinks anything AI related is write prompt and use wathever the crap it gives you, WHICH SADLY, FOR THE MOST PART NOWADAYS IS TRUE, and so you ends up calling anything and any type of AI use slop, which is fair too by me...
But descriving us as idiots is incredibly infuriating, as if we are damaging the manga, or bothering the fans around it.

Also, i tried to search for a way of contacting these guys who worked on this chapter, it's of course way better than the 16 i and my friend did, so i would love for it do replace ours, if someone know how to contact these guys, or if you guys read this message, please reach out to me, you did a really good job.

I'm pretty sure we could make a chapter 16 made from the old 16.1 the guild did and this 16.2 one, and if they wanted, i'd be even willing to let them continue from chapter 26, when it releases, i want a better translation for this manga too...

You've basically ensured that no-one else will do an actual translation* of this, so we're stuck with your shit release. Good job, I guess? You spending more time isn't going to fix the major issue of you not knowing Japanese and being almost entirely reliant on AI. If you want to read AI slop be my guest, but uploading it actively hurts the manga's chances of getting a good translation. AI is nowhere near ready for translation, it can do basic cleaning and decensoring, but that's about it.
Also preventing the reply "why so serious, it's free so something is better than nothing" I say no, a free meal with shit mixed in is worse than nothing, because you've wasted the ingredients.

* any translation, even shit ones, massively decreases the likelihood of any future version because translators – not wanting to waste their time – focus on the untranslated works, and in search results hack jobs such as yours appear the same as real translations.
