Man I have literally no idea how this will end, the concept is so outlandish +flirty girl showed up so I thought it would be harem, the tag is missing though so you might be right.
For me the weird thing is seeing the MC getting his blood drained by multiple girls in a row, he must be constantly dizzy and feel sick from all that bloodloss.
But if it is headed towards a depressing ending, then I wonder for whom of the characters it will be depressing, nontheless this is heading in the direction of big drama so I am very stoked to see the truth come crashing down and MC becoming aware of the heroines extremely weird "cravings".

This is not going to end well, It's a rule of all mangas that involve some degree of cuckoldry/NTR and are not fully erotic, they all end in a depressing note for normal people like us. The smile at the end of the second episode confirmed it to me at least, this isn't going to end well.

Having read the Shima-kun series, I think it's funny that Japanese culture has westernized enough now that they can even have the concept of a woman being a "cuck fetish" queen, when the traditional culture already had polygamy and instead it was bitches being viciously jealous and competitive as they did harem politics over the money-maker. Still, I enjoy this manga. I guess if I take it from the perspective that it's actually trad, and she's just happy he's wanted by other women, and it makes him hotter, then it makes sense.
