Yep, I think a moderator added the tag because of what happens in chapters 30-31.
I kind of understand why but on the other hand it's unfortunate that the tag is shown for the whole series and not those chapters specifically, which may put off new people from reading the series.

No, I've just gone back through, and it must be for the Librarian's back story and dom fetish. But I don't think there is an actual rape, because she was molested on the train, but I think everything else after that was driven by her, but I may be wrong.
