I'd like to give them the chance to rectify their mistake.
But it's not like a couple years ago when MD was gone for a while, thus not being able to just keep up parity.
Intentional seems likely but is not certain, yet.
Also there's a lot of groups that withhold for a week or month, but it gets here eventually and steadily which I think is fine.

yup, withholding or delay, that's perfectly fine IMHO, skipping gaps like Lua here, not so much. (they do have the missing chapters on many series) but MD either doesn't care about it's own rules, or .. na, just that.
Lua has many series and 'can' do well on them, but you get these rotten eggs of a series kinda often.
