There's lots of jobs like that, that aren't black companies.
I had one where due to various maintenance, malfunctions and inspections i had roughly 4 hours of sleeps across an entire week.
Not 4 each day, I somehow had to manage with only 4 hours total the entire week.

There was another period where there were fires in the machinery and between the casualty response and maintenance it was about 78 hours until I was able to reach a bed for some sleep.

Sometimes shit just happens.

Yuuji: “This isn’t enough to call it a black company…. yet.”
Shit this man has experienced…

At least in this life he has none of that.

Also, this is not the first time in this series (or series that this author has) where there is some plot-heavy antagonist, but the room director is constantly providing a different plot than the one I was trying to follow and is quite distracting.
Not that I mind too much. :meguusmug:

That's still pretty black. Even if you're an emergency responder, you need teammates to cover your rest. Otherwise you start making serious mistakes that cost more money to fix than paying for a relief worker's wage, or worse, endanger people's lives.

About the only time it's ethically responsible to go without rest is if people are endangered and you're the only person who can help them.
