From what I've seen this strat makes it so you don't get bonked for overloading the servers, at least from my experience.

If you want the optimal strat for the most Dexcoins pick the banner in the bottom left of the scroll bar, you can click the ad and close the notification over and over without refreshing the page since you already on the page.

Also it was probably a bad idea to make my Back Alley Life ad a cover one, those seem like they are in more hidden places on the website.. So there goes my plans to get more eyes on the manga so someone might be interested in finally translating it.
