That there's another clover who's just as obsessed over Uichi as Yotsuha is, but in the opposite direction, is... interesting. It's really interesting, because I have a hard time figuring out why they'd even want to do this.

I'm going to make a prediction. Clover is Uichi from a different timeline where Yotsuha was the one who died and he's torturing his past self because the only way to gain the power to travel back in time to save her is to fall into complete despair, which is what happened to current Yotsuha after finding out her Uichi committed suicide.

Could be wrong, but would explain the connection with the four leaf clover.

A reverse of what I predicted, instead of Uichi being clover, I thought it was Yotsuha. Although, yours might be more correct.

It runs parallel to the current story, and it answers the issue with my prediction; how can there be two Yotsuhas in the past if they return back to their past body when they travel back in time. It also answers why the clover has intensive knowledge of Uichi's life that they know how to make Uichi's life miserable.

They're not talking about another Clover exactly, just that there are two people associated with Clovers; FMC and the other who is making sure that Uichi's life becomes miserable.

Jesus fucking christ, how far back did this person hate uichi? I imagine it is another time travel person because no shot they hated him at that point. Alternatively they hate the family or maybe the mom/dad and uichi is just a collateral.
Makes me feel kinda bad for the mom because she really did try to help and wasnt abusive(before eventually breaking down ofc).
It would be extremly hard to fix the sister at this point because clovers words are so strongly ingrained into her that she would probably still blame her mom even if you cut her off from all familial support and tried to show her real life, its tragic really.
