I don't know Japanese, but I just Googled the 10 raw chapters, and here are the results from my humble understanding:

1. MC has the same tropes as all Japanese Shounen Mangas: saving Nakamas with honesty and smiles (Egao).
2. All four girls of his follow the Hero because of his ability, but the loser MC slowly figures out things due to his childlike mentality. He hasn't seen them having seggs with the Hero yet, but we do.
3. All the MC cares about is one loli "freed" slave whom he saves from the Hero's influence. I am unsure why he is still around, but yay for Nakama power.
4. The Hero desires the loli "freed" slave, as the four women, along with the maids and others, are insufficient for him.

Man, some Japanese writers are just sick in their minds.

Next day, MC speaks with fiancee and tells her he knows about last night and is leaving. She then freaks out because she wants to be with MC, has doubts about what is going on, and believes MC can set things right. For some reason, fiancee is the only one of the girls who is wavering in her loyalty to the hero, but only when he is not around to use his power. The two proceed to have sex, whether it's because of feeling or out of pity, I don't know. Two pages later she's back to having sex with the hero "believing" she's doing the right thing.
And concerning the loli slave, the hero can tell she has some kind of great power(she's an amnesiac goddess) and is actually worried about not controlling her.

And I am serious about the skimming part. I don't know the names of any of the characters except the MC is Ark and the hero is Yuuya? Either way. NTR, he's a farmer, he'll be cucked, he'll become OP eventually maybe, either early on or much later or he'll never be as OP as the MC and he'll keep losing and being cucked but that'll just motivate him to keep going and getting stronger.

I was honestly going to guess that a loli slave was going to be somewhere along the way as is tradition, or a busty slave. And either the demons aren't the bad guys, or the demons are totally the bad guys. Or the hero could secretly actually be the demon king and he's the actual hero. Who knows.

And who really cares. This is pretty low tier trash. We've already seen cuckoldry fantasy with better art than this elsewhere. We've also seen better farmer is OP fantasy in other mangas too. This is very precise in regards to who this wants to entertain.

hero dies? because from the spoilers I read all that happens is he gets captured and then the girls kill him? if so I think that's an INCREDIBLY weak ending to the hero since imo I think the best ending for him would have been forever trapped in a room with the fuckers who summoned him while the hero is mind controlled and he see's those assholes as women and so the whole seggs thing happens to those bastards too BUT the hero can never ejaculate hence infinite torture to the whole group BUTTTTTTTTT I highly doubt that would ever happen so yea just curious as to how the hero dies and I think the fuckers who summon him like nothing happens to them??????? it just seems hella whack......

Only your 2nd one?

To be fair, NTR due to mind control, yeah it's the second one I know of right off the top of my head. The other one I have in mind is one where the MC was NTR'd but the plot twist is that his main original love interest was actually never mind controlled but instead helped mind control the rest of the MC's harem. I have a feeling I might've seen another one that was also mind control based NTR.

But NTR as a theme for your typical fantasy but without mind control as an aspect, off the top of my head I can think of a few more. Some of them from the POV of the person who is stealing the girls.
