so from what i can gather this is meant to be taking place a few years after OUT, but whats confusing me is it seems this manuk is the same manuk who is part of kilihito, who im pretty sure died during out, and if its not and its meant to be his uncle, hes also dead so...really confused as to the timeline and shit going on here

I think you just understood this wrongly,cause from what we know from OUT the manuk in Kilihito found out that his uncle got three of his limps cut off WHILE he was still alive and before the whole kilihito vs Kyoranki war started. Other than that yeah it’s pretty confusing.
