So I perfectly predicted the plot.
That she is only there to buy time.

Ok, I'm not against loli and found the part with the assassin really hot, but damn the slum panel just broke my heart...
Dude that isn't loli that's cp it's showing how even children,ALL CHILDREN for the slow one had to do this sought of stuff to survive

And I actually respect the mangaka or artist to actually show this

It's ongoing, there was a book recently released. The manga starts the adaptation at Book 5.

That recent book has some female carrier friends for Sei who could be potential concubines once his father kicks the bucket.
So the manga skipped through?

Of course we cut away from the actual non child (2 out of 3 ain't bad) to the child having sex. Man I'm going to drop this if next chap doesn't focus on some woman who I would actually find attractive.

Bishuu Gyakuten Sekai de Chiryoushi Yattemasu, aka "I'm a Healer in the Reversed World of Beauty and Ugliness". The girls he gets with are supposed to be really pretty by our standards and thus ugly by their world standards, and they generally are... but the artist has been drawing them with these absolutely fuck-ass ugly nipples (seriously, these things are like Like-Likes from Zelda, and can take up more volume than the breasts they're attached to) and they keep getting worse every chapter they're shown in. And we're all pretty sure it's the artist's fetish.
Oh gawd, that abomination. Another interesting premise ruined by the mangaka's twisted fetishes. YES I'm judging. (EDIT to avoid confusion, I'm talking about the ugly nips and crazy body proportions on the story referenced above. The rest below is for this series)

I feel sad for poor slum children in these stories. I have no doubt that's how it was a couple of hundred years ago... (I know, let's not point out it could be happening today)

If those three don't kick the shit out of that asshole even while nekkid, I'm going to be pissed. I know the MC normally swoops in and saves them, but that dude should have no chance against them, broken crystal or no.

sadly the plot is interesting and I only like the holy girl. Japan really does have an issue with kids and porn tho. :V
Back then when Japan banned real-life child porn, juvenile crime rates actually went up.
Yet still remained lower than in any so-called g̶l̶o̶r̶i̶o̶u̶s̶l̶y̶ ̶h̶i̶g̶h̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶a̶l̶ un-cultured swine westard country.

It skipped past the first four books. It refers back to previous events, like his butler trying to kill him , or his girlfriend from book 4.
I wonder why they did that? tbf, I think I did get the whole story in the flashbacks (was a bit iffy on the catgirl in the beginning, but I guess that's from what happened to the elf girlfriend?). It was almost refreshing to skip the set up.

If I'm guessing right: Dude died and a sketchy 'god' sent him to another world. He chose carrier as a cheat ability as he wanted to live a 'slow life', not knowing how it was looked down upon in that world. Reborn as a noble, had all the younglings (probably at the behest of their parents) trying to win his favor, as he was super handsome and probably excelling at a lot of things.

That is, until he had his awakening/testing/job ceremony, and they found out his ability was the bottom of the barrel. He lost all favor in his noble house, and the butler was instructed to 'get rid of him'. He somehow turned the tables on them, and fled the scene (hopefully with as much as he can carry).

Got an elf girlfriend, joined a major party, the party looked down on him and fired him, the elf girlfriend got killed (probably because they thought he was an easy mark), and now he doesn't want to start a relationship with catgirl or anyone else until he feels worthy. Which brings us to book 5.

How'd I do?

You got it except a few things: He wanted an adventurous life instead of an easy one, and the 'kicked from the party' thing is something the story hasn't gotten to. It's a 'hook' or 'stinger', not part of the past.

The catgirl confessed to him a while back, and he told her that he intends to live a dangerous life of adventure, and she's the first person willing to actually follow him into that life... but he was lazing around as a heartbroken drunk after a tragedy, until someone told him he's not worthy of the catgirl, so he left to get his rank up to prove he's worthy.
