As long as the shirts are ample enough to not impede/constrict respiration, it shouldn't be a problem.
Tis better than inducing stress/anxiety in the patient due to being half naked.

I'm so glad the author got this serialized. The one-pagers he posted on twitter were so damn good, and this "expanded" version adds more value. What a time to be alive.
