Or Orpiment, Realgar, Uranium Orange, Lead White, Vermilion, Antimony White, Barium Yellow, Naples Yellow, Cadmium Chromatics, Chromium Chromatics, Radium Paint, Umber (both Burnt and Raw), Alizarin Crimson, Paris Green, and so many more. THERE ARE SO MANY HIGHLY TOXIC PAINTS.As long as she's not using Scheele's Green, it should be wholesome
If that's what you want it's better to accept the help she offers."Seeing you smile is more important."
But wasn't the point to paint something he likes, rather than to make Lotte do something to feel good about herself?"I think he won't bluntly refuse it and hurt Lotte's feelings."
You know tastes and colors...Am I the only one who finds this cancer arc rather zzzzz?
Not sure if being a (student) doctor has much to do with it, but yeah, he's kind of a dumbass to excercise after having the risks explained to him AND sporting hematomas all over as a remainder. He's an idiot.
The worst patient is a doctor.
It's something doctors actually say. Whether it's true depends on the person, but people with medical experience tend to have higher demands, and sometimes trust themselves more than their physicians. On the other hand, if they do trust the ones taking care of them, they make for great patients you can discuss with in more depth. So the difference between a reasonable patient and an unreasonable one is much greater than for a patient with little medical knowledge. Or in other words, they can be both the best and the worst patients. Not sure if being a (student) doctor has much to do with it, but yeah, he's kind of a dumbass to excercise after having the risks explained to him AND sporting hematomas all over as a remainder.
Yeah I think it's the fact that its mostly being told through exposition and the characters arent "doing" (I know theyre busy af) much. The plague arc was much more exciting, hard to do the same with cancer. You know tastes and colors...
Or you probably are subconsciously too used to other MCs just falling downstairs in a dungeon and conveniently finding the "Cancer cure spell" on the floor and fixing everything instantly, plus cancer is pretty boring there's no magical bacteria/virus/organism you can blast away in a flashy magic battle, it's literally us nuking the human body in the hope we take cancer with it.
I suppose that would make sense, though I honestly never heard of that being a common opinion among doctors. No points for guessing which the situation in this manga is.
