Yeah, there are quite a number of sites that have a comment system but un/fortunately, it seems all of the sites with comments section have only aggregated Modoki-domo up until chapter 143 for some reason.

And also a lot of those same websites used Disqus in place for comment sections and y'know what happened with Disqus..

Many sites just copy other sites, which copy other sites, which copy other sites... Because scraping MD that much is harder. So some website only scraped up until 143 and others copied that, and others copied, and others copied that...

Honestly, the light novel for that one isn't that bad compared to other isekais (I know, not a high bar to pass). Don't know about the manga though.
