Yuri is one of my favorite genres. Can't get enough. However whenever queer characters are introduced in these sorts of stories, it's usually in direct opposition of the MC. They're generally really abrasive and unlikeable. It's like the author goes out of their way to present them as unlikeable. Class president doesn't seem bad, but she had the usual unreasonable and comparative personality. I did like how MC handled her.

Yep, another case of serious projecting on the MC from the seemingly just, yet totally perverted class rep-type of female character who jumps to conclusions with crazy delusions and misinterpretations as 'evidence'. She doesn't even have the looks to lessen her annoying appeal and pass it off as 'cute'.

I seriously don't see why this is becoming more common when they're not even needed in any given story.
