Oh wow. Right off the bat this is the most bland tasting of trash and there's nothing really that indicates it'll be anything other than bland artificial vanilla. At the very least organic vanilla beans would've had a nice aroma, but no this is just your standard castoreum beaver sac based artificially created vanilla flavoring. And yeah, the lack of understanding of what his skill did doesn't help to properly establish his power either. They all just mysteriously vanished.

Well. At least we have panty shots. Will check out the next few chapters to see if we're dealing with an annoyingly herbivore MC who'll go a bit Chuuni where hand holding is the most lecherous action he'll be able to handle and will buy a slave girl in the near future as well.

This chapter is missing pages. Between Page 33 and 34, there are 3 pages missing. Between 35 and 36, there is another missing page. If you go to the Rithar Scans Website, their version of the chapter has duplicate pages, so I can't be sure where the oopsie happened in the SL.

For the first pages gap, a bandit attacks with a knife, and he dodges with his skill. For the second gap, he uses his skill and they get tossed up with a mini tornado.

I'm gonna complain anyway though.

I was willing to give this story the benefit of the doubt until after he got kicked out, I think. The kingdom has stupid assholes. That's whatever.
But the author is ticking too many generic isekai MC boxes. Having a generic MC is one thing, but this is actually contradictory to the conceit of the story.

He clearly has a grudge against the people who've wronged him and takes pride in his own ability, but he wants to avoid trouble? He's considering looking the other way when he sees someone else in need of help immediately after he wished for a fateful encounter? It doesn't line up. You could have easily just reframed it as him having trouble dealing with people ever since his trauma, so his social disorder is why he wants to avoid people and avoid getting involved with trouble.

He's also way too slow-witted for someone who supposedly mastered a game and was also competent. It makes it look like he actually was incompetent and he just thought of himself as competent due to it being tell don't show.

Which is to say, he's like that simply because that's what an isekai MC does, and not for any actual writing reason.
