This was my thought when we saw his reaction and what he said after seeing them.

Saying this now: if Edelweiss is dead and this necromancer has her and uses her...I am going to be so pissed off. Also, if that does happen then that necromancer will be done for...nothing will be left AT ALL because Takeru's rage will get the better of him.

Sakura feels like the story's intended main girl, but she's pretty bland and not possessing much personality.

Karen has the strongest character, by far, but I find it hard to believe she would be story's choice. It's more like she's just there waiting for some kind of solution or conclusion for that world's original, missing Takeru.

I can't say anything about Kikyou yet.
