But also why did MC bring the clearly hostile beast girl to the peace negotiations, did he want to fail? No right.
Even if there wasn't some bullshit "mystery being" just her being there being all aggro should have been enough to spark a fight.
I'm not saying he has the power to say she cannot come, but if he knows it will fail why go through with it, just to escalate the war?
