dang either he's a chuuni or faking it so he can 'get away' with it tho you'd think he'd be treated at a psych ward versus this kinda hospital

You’d think he’d at least have police men/guards outside his door but I imagine being stuck in a mental asylum isn’t that much better than jail but I’d expect them to also have connections or be rich too, since the first “victim” we see the nurse “punish” is most likely yakuza based on the tattoos
