Asian sweet mayo is good by itself, since I did "ate" them like that sometimes. Like all condiments though, it's better with other ingredients, and eating it on its own just looks miserable.

I call BS! Chicken meat is not so different than other meats that it can't be preserved. Salting, drying, canning,... they all work just fine. And bacon and sausage are not the only preserved pork products.

On another note, KFC is not steamed and then fried, but fried in a specially designed pressure cooker.
