lol I guess some makeup would be “melty” but other than like gothy liner on purpose or crying with mascara on I’d expect some Asian style makeup to be a bit more “subtle” versus something that’d run, versus using like pencil liner instead of liquid liner, tho powder liquid versus the “cream” kind shouldn’t be too bad then again I never rly put on too much makeup while still in school I’m surprised some teen girls could afford it every week versus generous allowance/sharing their moms since most ppl here didn’t work part time jobs
