"Ittekimasu" is something the person leaving (in this case Takuya) would say.

The person staying (Shion) would answer with something like "itterasshai" or "itteoide", which can be informally contracted to "ittoide".

One of the words for bathroom is "toire" (imported from toilet or maybe toilette) and you get "itteoide" => "ittoide" => "ittoire".

tldr: it's a pun on "itteoide", not "ittekimasu".
