I think the speech here in 9th page is reversed?

I thought the third panel (left) speech should be "but honestly as a doctor..." which would make sense that it surprised Ayame

As for the font, I can't differentiate it - better use italic, maybe?

Ah shoot you're right, I dunno how I did that with the switched panels. I did mix them up. Also I'll see if I can find a more different font
