Let's just say at the point the French TL's at, Yusurube got sent away by Shiki, left the Momo HQ and rejoined the others, Kougasaki told him straight his sister didn't exist and Yusurube went out of control from the mindbreak.

It isn't that his sister doesn't exist but she died a long time ago from her illness. The Vietnamese translation is up-to-date to the lastest chapter. Yusurube has been brainwashed for a long time, way before he even entered Rasetsu Academy. Ukyo did help his sister but she died due to her illness when Ukyo sent Yusurube on a training camp and Ukyo decided to use his power to make it seems like his sister is still alive for his own daughter's sake. Honestly, I can't hate Ukyo.
And it isn't that Yusurube was forgiven immediately. The next arc is about finding a way to prove his innocence.
