Thanks for translating this. I'm simultaneously enjoying watching Chloe suffer and rooting for her. This new life is her penance. What of my favorite plotlines is a redemption arc. It's something you'll occasionally see in anime and manga, and almost never see in Western media. I want to see Chloe continue to grow and become a better person. I'm hoping that she slowly becomes better looking too. The guy whose body she took after he died, was probably eating a very unhealthy diet and doing no exercise. I want to see her learn how to cook and eat healthy and start exercising. In her privileged former life, she'll have had no experience with either. She's stuck as a middle aged, balding man. But she doesn't have to stay fat. She'll probably be able to fix her body order problem, with an improved diet. That being said, I'm hoping it's a gradual improvement. That way, we can get plenty of humor along the way. What I don't want, is an instantaneous fix. Nor do I want her to be stuck with the body order and being fat forever. Being that overweight is unhealthy, and the body odor will isolate her from others.

I enjoyed Chloe's interactions with the cute lady on the train. She unintentionally saved that lady, and then immediately got the favor returned. I'm excited to see that they're working at the same company. Chloe's distress and confusion at the escalator was great. I'm looking forward to her bafflement towards computers, cell phones, and all other modern technology. Since she only has her memories of her old life, she'll be at a huge disadvantage, as a man, and as someone living in the modern era.

Could’ve sworn she had access to the guy’s memories though.
Stated in Ch. 1 Pg. 8, the god or whatever said that the memories “shall remain with you”.

Absolutely LOVE the interaction between them and that lady though. W for seeing them for who they are aside from whatever negative external stereotypes may arise. Wanna say that people obviously see them differently than how we do (cutesy artstyle), so that’s a big part too, I guess.

Ngl, thought the lady was calling our MC a molester before the next panel with the actual one shown. Sigh. Even more unassuming than our MC too—put them in an observational room with a one-way mirror, and everyone would pick our protagonist without so much as a second thought, unfortunately.

Definitely want to see her improve on herself gradually, both mentally and physically. Obviously she wasn’t the one who got her current body to where it is, but it’s arguably a valuable part of her learning process and becoming a better person. We’ve already seen her have several realizations on the matter, and it hasn’t even been a week!! Love to see it. Maybe we’ll end up seeing a Saitama-esque build as an endgame…?? Lmfao.

Wonder if the original owner of that body took a break from work or something, seeing as how they still have a job. Convenient, at least, since now they don’t gotta job hunt, lol. Crazy, but makes sense, ig.

Can’t wait to read the next chapter!! Honestly has a lot of potential, so hope it doesn’t get axed. Feel like there’s only a minority expressing their hate for this, so fingers crossed, lol.
