Well, I myself don't know Japanese, for English chapters I get help from a friend (we basically do this series together. He does the rough translation and I do the PR, TS + TL to Polish)

Also, that friend, from what i remember, is self-educated. (He does the tl by putting it in DeepL and correcting so it makes more sense. Then I step in and fix any other issues, so everything pieces together smoothly, then it goes into chapters)
