This manga took a turn for the worst didn't it. I mean this whole part feels so forced and unnecessary, nothing good comes out of ut at all. And it is made so much worse by a slow release schedule dragging an already drawn out story arc even more.

Actually something good does but it takes awhile to get there.

Yeah Manga a little different, she goes vegetative after hearing about Allen and so they est empire uses magic/the sword to corrupt her.

Also I thought Allen started using fire bombs here...

I'd say that throwing tear gas from the sky will be more efficient. Once the enemy is confused and chooses to escape, Allen and the army can ambush them together or separately to evade friendly fire. Since a quick pit stop won't hurt the timeline either in this case.

he pops up last minute and pops the Imperial Prince and the bald creep, kills bald creep last when he makes a vile comment about her being unsalavagable and only good for baby making with a case of bullet to the head. Cuts their heads off before carrying Ana back to the Plane while being Chased, Narrow escape. But I'm thinking they may have her get corrupted Slightly and attack for DRAMA!

Why does this fortress on page 2 look so small? The scale doesn't really match what I would assume for a permanent stone Fort. It's like 25-30 persons wide, long and deep. They've got enough archers on top and a reserve cavalry complement. The walls look like they're 5 stories tall.

The aerial perspective on page 8, makes it look slightly deeper, but still that's way smaller than I would expect for a fortress that's designed to withstand sieges.

It's not the size of the fortess thst matters It's how you use it

It does result in Ana father the Duke spliting his territory and going "this is my kingdom now" when he decided to let the king get rope to haning himself! Basically the King wanted to fuck MC over of his PROPER reward of killing the Imperial Prince, he even holds back presenting the heads Allen got during the rescue of Ana till he tried to set a bullshit goal to get the reward to BAIT the moron. Allen does end up fighting his Adventurer mentor, but this is because BITCH Heroine power allows her to brainwash anyone who has anything nice to think on her when she uses it. For those who know her true nature, it doesn't work, but the unaware of her could think nicely of her that one moment and BAM Brainwash. Ana awakens around this time and her powers evolve to cure this state along with AWAKENING as the TRUE SAINTESS, so all this does is destroy the btch Heroine's Reputation
