I know of an example of being reborn in an otome game (“Kenkyo, Kenjitsu wo Motto ni Ikite Orimasu”) and an early example of reborn villainess avoiding her death flags (“Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta...”), but the item you put between them (“reborn as rival girl who start helping the heroine”) remains unknown to me.

While there are a few with the villainess friendly with the heroine but they don't really help the heroine, mostly focus on "avoiding death flag"
So only Akuyaku Reijo Tensei Oji-san really trying to help the heroine out, without much result of course.

For me, it's not just the kicking out of a member.. it's that everyone in the "Hero's" party is made to look like a complete scumbag every single time. No worry, no concern. Just mockery and hate so the MC looks better in comparison.
