No, it's because Mangadex got hit with a MASSIVE DMCA wave the other day, literally hundreds of manga hit. This was not one of them, they're just providing an alternate location if this one is hit in the future.

It sucks bc all the alternatives are bad in comparison, interface-wise. But I guess it got too popular for its own good. Guess it's time to look for a new home sometime soon. I can't predict if Radimeria is mistaken or not. Weiss obviously did a lot of things in the past, seeing how he did end up living in the most wretched hive of scum and villainy.

I don't think so. At the very least, Weiss recognizes her magic seal, so it's either similar or identical to the seal of someone he does know, so I don't think she's mistaken him for someone else.

She might be mistaken about exactly what role he played in wherever her sister is now.
