all i know is that if you want to get some printed publish, it is quite hard. but if it is digital, the only hard part from the publisher is the marketing as digital manga doesn't require much upfront production cost than a printed manga. The only hurdle of digital publish are just server cost, which can be negated easily by other mildly good or highly performing manga.

And I wonder if that will come into play at any point during the story.
But to be honest, I think this is a definite drop for me might see another two chapters just because the tits were well drawn in the uncencerd version. But to be honest I am disappointed as I thought we would be interacting with humanoids not beasts.
