Man this fight is…not great. He was literally super OP once he got the dragon’s blood and then got stomped by this general? What is going on with the power levels, Jesus Christ. I’m glad he struggled at the beginning and that it wasn’t just a massive stomp, but he was not strategizing, like at ALL. Was this overconfidence? Like what a blunder.

Neat that he just told everyone about what happened but there was a much better time and place to do it. Not in the middle of a battlefield. Would have had more impact if he rescued them, the girls tried to hit on him on the way back, Zect gets his comeuppance, and THEN he reveals what has happened since they all separated. I just feel like the author has been making a lot of shortcuts lately.

I used to love this one but this chapter felt like trash.
