It can be true. But I don't know if there's something different between individualy printed one or from the service. Like, some background hologram or something to prove this paper is legit and not individualy print. I not live in Japan so idk about this. Also I not married yet so idk about this too in my country.

Honestly I'm not sure either. Although given that the moment her lovesickness gets involved she gets more than a bit airheaded, even if there was one she might not have been thinking.

From what I've generally seen in representation and implication it seems to be just normal paperwork, not that I have any real knowledge myself so take that with a grain of salt at most.
