@Velev
does the 'love attack' text being the opposite way on the final page mean something?:

previous pages it was 攻愛 , but last page is 愛攻

Taking the tl literally, you could probably say that it's the difference between "love attack" and "attack of love".

If you really wanted to get some extra meaning out of it, you could make the argument that one of those has more focus on the attack, and the other more focus on the love, but that feels like reading way too much into it.

It's probably just a style choce, especially since visually, it kind of mirrors the first page.

like taller/shorter , S&M or something else?

It can be used for relation in general (most often seen with shipping characters)
In more sexual context Seme/Top is the aggressive one pushing for sex while Uke/Bottom is meek on the receiving side.

When some fans ship characters, they usually do Seme x Uke in order.

For example:
OneeShota is older girl eating the innocent shota.
ShotaOnee is horni shota pushing the oblivious onee-san.

If you've read any series with fujoshi character there's a good chance she'll talk/think about her ship.
For example: https://mangadex.org/chapter/011344ed-60a6-4c9c-b25f-250cbcacc482/8

And in this...the author say the playboy is the uke...so...take that however you will.
