Kanaria's mental realm clearly had an accelerated flow of time as she went through numerous days (likely several weeks) in it. That's why we don't know whether the scene in this chapter happens while Kana is still "enjoying her dream" or if takes place after she broke it and went back.

If this starts around the time Delu-Sou made the sausage joke, then Kana could literally regain her consciousness any time now and I wouldn't count her out her yet.
