I'm assuming that the round opaque glasses are supposed to be acting as limiters for her beauty. Like she'll take them off and everything will enter slow-motion as the camera pans around her showing her piercing eyes and flawless cheekbones surrounded by anime beauty sparkles. Then a nearby Scouter will explode, followed by Vegeta declaring her glamour to be over 9000.
