That's not shojo-Manga, it's lustful succubi dreamy filter, which Kisa sensei had used to in Fanbox content of color version of nightmare. I had used his drawing as inspiration to color Nightmare of chapter 13.

Since, I didn't had access to Fanbox, I recreated colored page, for that I recreated custom brush for making those hearts.
