It’s the chapter image/page, there’s no necessary relevance to the contents.

That being said, any time Moekawa makes an appearance like in the chapter image here, there’s almost always an indication of sweat/excitement where the bridge of her nose would be, and my stupid brain always interprets that almost drop of sweat as a tiny gleefully smiling mouth. It utterly ruins the impression of excitement or embarrasment the author is going for, but is funny. Just not in the intended way.
