See on previous chapter page 38 they shown a diagram of an APDS so I thought it's a weird universe where the Type-16 uses APDS round, but this chapter they call it the type 93, so either the author miss understood what it is or I needed to contact war thunder player base and let them leak up unforseen detail of the Type-16
