That all kinda escapes me because we're constantly being shown he's in a medieval style alternate universe, the camp of the catgirls looks like it's very basic houses, nothing indicates to me that they have the metallurgic capabilities to create syringes.

Overall, it's all stuff I just absent mindlessly accept that they somehow have because why the hell not he's going to go the drug lord route, but it's never properly explained how they got the capabilities to create all of this stuff as far as I recall.

Mind you, I skim this manga solely for the Plot and not for the story or dialogue, so I'm sure I missed a few things.

As it's very evident. I completely forgot that and fully accept that me be idiot right now.

Well. Part of it is also that this story isn't something where the world building and main story is something I've personally deemed a thing that I need to commit memory to. Unlike other stories like Overlord where the world building is actually fascinating or where so much effort has been put to slowly implement a lot of details in the world like Slave Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World that I can't help but actually remember the details.
