Nia is a beastfolk, and essentially MCs adopted daughteru. Sister/foxgirl is the one who killed him and reincarnated with him. Demongirl was summoned by MC, and now is forced to act as a bodyguard since he's weak in this world. White patch girl is primordial chaos, seems like a complete masochist, and had sent a portion of herself to keep an eye on MC while her main body is in the other world. Elf girl seems to be MCs adopted mom/teacher, and is coming to see him(she set Nia on the path to coming to this world). Then we have seemingly vampire girl and the princess(or priestess) of the other world country, also coming to see/get MC, the silhouettes make me think they're the 2 who were mean to Saki and made her kill MC/herself. Finally we have maskgirl(the phoenix?), who has her own motivations and secrets. And Veracruz, who's a thundered dragongirl, and seems like she's very honorable and loyal to MC.

Reminder that humans in the other world are powerful as well, and they also waged wars against each other(this part I don't really remember well but I am pretty sure it was like that). Hero or demon lord doesn't matter, it is best to put him simply as the most powerful of the human race while also got some empathy and compassion in a world where the strong eat the weak. Saint girl is probably human too, but she is also unhinged. It is rare to have a normal good guy in a world like that, I think.

I feel like the author will be propping Gremory more after he settled everything for all those girls. I feel like she is being kept low on purpose, just so she can jump first place later. After all, she is an outsider to this whole drama, and it can't be more poetic if an outsider was the winner after all the bickering those girls did.
