I just think that the fact the MC had a passing wish, after 17 (?) years of being male, to be a girl, doesn't make him trans. He's supposed to still be a guy inside. He just seemed a friendless, or socially awkward, guy that envied girls for being able to socialize smoothly between themselves.This manga was presenting it at first as if he lived his dream: being able to socialize with girls. But now, it's turning into "you're a giiiirl, you always were a giiiirl, you want to get pregnaaaant" and I find it annoying.

Also, I hated "Boku Girl".

In my case, I interpret this situation like this:

MC, 17 years old living as a boy, has shown several times that he is interested in other girls and gets excited seeing other girls' bodies, for him to decide to start a relationship with another boy is YAOI, regardless of his current body, it is a boy getting involved with another boy = Yaoi
Following this logic, if he starts a relationship with another girl is straight, whereas it would be a boy getting involved with another girl = STRAIGHT
Where does Yuri come in? The girl who starts a relationship with him has to be interested in girls, since from her point of view, she is in a relationship with the MC, who is currently a girl = YURI
