Thanks I’m surprised the author hasn’t changed cover to MC without shaggy hair (tho I wouldn’t have minded him keeping longer hair or a ponytail, but I guess “normal” modern day male students wouldn’t have long hair as often)

That fake email, you’d think there’d be slightly more effort than 0000 even if it’s the Korean equivalent of “John Doe” to some publishing company

Tracking down his address is creepy even if it’s a sign of “good reporting /connections” tho idk if I remember if they moved before or not bc it’d be quite annoying if they got hounded by reporters when he finally returned home

I wonder if MC will feel fear soon even if he doesn’t seem actively bothered by trauma (split personality aside lol)

Haha quite a flex to invite multiple ppl , I guess advertising /interviewing in his friends uncles restaurant would help (half expected him to say something cheesy like “this homemade sandwich made with love/passion soothed me”

Hope not too much backlash for being a vigilante but idk how much he’ll tell the press

I Dont think its gonna be THAT serious. As long as the Food taste great.. Iirc, theyre just a sandwich restaurant, they already have veggies and eggs in the ingredients... They could just Hype it up as a Balanced Food for college people who dont have much time for food prep as theyre too busy studying. Sentiments can bring hype too. Plus Most products today are hyped up with big words .

For example, eggs has cage free, all natural, free range... Which all of those three while sounds great, are almost flimsy in legality (e.g. Cage Free, while they arent in cage, they can still be cramp in a line shelves)

In the end its all about the hype train and As long as Woojin can maintain the hype... Theyre pretty much good to go.

Tho I’d imagine even if ciabatta bread and such is uncommon most ppl would think of Korean toast as maybe indulging in junk food even if it’s healthier than like a mcds burger, tho I’d imagine it’s not something to eat daily versus once a week unless you exercise enough to burn the calories unless he also undercuts the other toast places

but yeah all the customers would def gather up if all the reporters mention it too like “everyone gathered at this one spot”

i wonder if MC would use his stocks to buy more local restaurants and such to have chefs cook for him/more business income for him lol

Well, the main point is hype or more formally Marketing. Youre just making them feel smart about it.

Everybody probably knows what a sandwich and knows that it aint gonna be a "brain food"

But youre not selling just sandwich but rather "why i need/want that sandwich". Thats why Woojin focused on three things, taste, Atmosphere and creating buzz.

Literally how Starbucks rise to fame (and fall depending how you look at it)

I mean idk if each single person would pay him for an interview but if he got it outta the way or so , assuming he’s not also starting his own business maybe it’d also die down a bit after the attention of his story being told unless he’s also trying to draw the attention of other criminals to take out

Or to “give courage” to others who might be in a similar situation but not as extreme as his?

@Writer31 The raws had "현대판타지" (modern fantasy" as a tag too (as well as munchkin? Idk what that means/if that's some slang term versus "this comic occasionally has chibi drawings" but wouldn't think that'd need a specific tag bc even some of the other serious ones have chibi style charas for the author to simplify it sometimes) so I guess that "Other self"/split personality either is what they consider it for if not him being 'born' with the ability to read ppl versus "nothing but books in this warehouse to read" and such despite getting captured in the first place [tho i guess, even as a kid if you can tell someone's a bad person by the look in their eyes/body language, a six year old can't fight back against a group of kidnappers XP])

Removed the supernatural tag. It was leftover from when RESET scans created the title 😅
