That's what I said! Like, seriously, if she has such a huge phobia for sharp objects, then why not put her to sleep while removing it? It's similar to what doctor in the real world do.Honestly, he should just bite the bullet and cut the metal off. Either drug her or something. It's better to suffer momentarily while she's a potato and won't remember it so that she can grow her limbs back. Though I admit the stumpy pet look is kinda cute in a deranged sorta way, which is probably what the author was thinking.
I'm not sure what culture you're from, but in the vast majority of the English-speaking world as well as the Chinese-speaking world, this is most definitely untrue and does not make sense whatsoever.no one ever says "you're mistaken" to their mother, it's incredibly rude.
To the idiot that had difficulty reading the manga as well as understanding context, we're talking about Jilbagias' own justification for not doing it, which isn't a very good one. His reasoning (her limbs were fused and she'd be scared) had absolutely nothing to do with strategy in regards to giving away their cover. Nobody here said it had to be done in the castle where they'd obviously get found out. That's an entirely different argument. To the idiots saying that he should have just put her to sleep and done it anyways: They're still in the Demon King's castle. Healing her would be an act of mercy. Not something he could explain away.
